If you are interested in learning more about what issues women and gender minorities in your organization/department/group are facing, I can help! I am available for site visits to help you improve the climate for women (and everyone else, too!) in your organization.

Typical site visit:

• Develop pre-visit plan
• Gather data from internal sources (websites, social media, public reports, institutional data)
• Visit the organization
  • Focus groups
  • Individual interviews
  • General observations
• Post-visit report
• 6- or 12-month follow-up

Typically the client will cover travel, meals, and lodging for the site visit, a stipend for consulting, and any costs associated with data collection. Site visits are typically 2 full days on site, with 3-4 nights lodging.
