Goals and Responsibilities of US Delegates to the 9th ICWIP

Goals:

As a U.S Delegation, we hope to educate others and disseminate the information gathered during the ICWIP2027 conference. Our goal is to uplift, encourage, and support delegates to be knowledgeable on issues facing women in physics in their respective institutions and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Being a delegate for the 2027 International Conference on Women is much more than just attending the ICWIP in Singapore. It is a full-year commitment to working to promote women’s participation in physics. The list below describes the general expectations for members of the US delegation.

If you are interested in applying, but are not sure if you can meet these expectations, please email ICWIP.2027.US at gmail.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to apply for funding from their own institution. Efforts are underway to seek funding to support delegates, but outcomes are of course unknown.
